While Searching for the potential sisters of Theta Phi Alpha, the sisters of the Beta Psi Chapter, want the best that we can get.
We look for recruits who we can see becoming our sister,
recruits who we feel have what it takes
to become sisters in Theta Phi.
We take the time to get to know each and every girl who comes to our recruitment events
One of the things that we really look for during Recruitment is
the Quality of the girls rather then the Quantity of Girls
Spring Recruitment 2010.
When returning to school immediately
we will start Recruitment.
We chose to pick a Luau Theme, which is very
creative and super fun!!
We have a theme from Lilo and Stich stating
"Ohana means family, family means never getting left behind"
We are all very confident we will be
able to get the number of girls we need
to hit our maximum of 35 girls.

Fall Recruitment 2009:
For the Fall Recruitment Theme, we voted on having a Theta Phi Fiesta!!
We were very successful this semester and
got the most amount of girls that we could get.
We gave two bids.
One to Kendra Lima
and
One to Eileen Cottell.
The Beta Psi Chapter feels that both girls will make
an excellent addition to our chapter.
Spring Recruitment 2009:
Our Recrutiment Theme this semester was Mardi Gras.
This semester we had a record breaking number of Pledge Sisters!!!
We had 18 Pledge Sisters, which was the biggest Pledge Class our Chapter has ever seen!!!
We gave out Bids to the Following Girls,
and each one of the girls accepted their bid
